Newby East Wood

This was a wonderful find this weekend! We found the walk via the public footpath in Newby East, there is no parking but the road is wide enough for roadside parking.

It is not pram accessible, and the nearest postcode is CA4 8QU.

This was a nice family walk, we saw sheep and horses and found many interesting things inside the wood! It was a perfect walk to do this weekend as you are able to make it shorter if you would like, my youngest and I just did what we could manage while the rest of the gang went further. It is also a great walk for the wet weather as the trees over a lot of protection.
