Why we love this walk
This walk is an ideal walk for those with children of all ages. The main path is well maintained and leads to a beautiful pond. My children loved being in the forest and noticing all the wildlife. You can walk as much, or as little, as you would like with plenty to see on the way!
Please do take care, correct walking footwear is essential.

The Route
An easy to follow route where you can do as much, or as little, as you would like. This well maintained path starts at the car park – free parking available. You follow the path along and it will eventually lead you to a pond. Here you can see many of the wildlife in their natural habitat.
You can’t go wrong on this route, just follow the path and you will return at the car park. This is a lovely, family walk of approximately 2km. The woods, and path, are maintained by a local paper company and they have done a great job at making this an accessible route. Please be aware the path can get bumpy at times, so whilst there aren’t steps it can make the accessibility harder.
