Today, we walked from Coulderton to St Bees on the newly made English Coastal Path. The stretch that we completed was a nice walk with lovely views. Although parts were filled with nettles so do watch out and protect those little legs from the large growing stinging weeds!
The three mile route that we took was more hilly than we first thought and we did have some complaints with the ups and downs ?
If you are in need of a walk with some fresh sea air then this is the one for you! The English Coastal Path was easy to follow and you can’t go wrong with this route – park up where you are able to anywhere along the coast and make your way along the path.
When you reach St Bees there are plenty of places to stop for refreshments, as well as public toilets.
