Why we love this walk?
This walk is perfect for those with children who LOVE to follow a map. You can download the Tale Trails map here and the children are so easily entertained while also getting some much needed exercise. One of the routes is also accessible to all making it wheelchair and pushchair friendly.
Please do take care, correct walking footwear is essential.

The Route.
We picked up the path in the far corner of the Walkmill Wood car park, it’s very easy to follow and you can’t go wrong. This path is accessible and well away from the road, perfect for little legs. Please be mindful that there are lots of small ponds and streams around so please keep a close eye on children. There is also an ‘accessible for some’ route which would be perfect for off road prams.
